Enhance your Well-Being Classes (non-credit)
These classes are FREE to all students, staff and faculty and is located in Swing Space A
Silent Meditation
→Mondays & Wednesdays (10:15-10:45am)
→Meditation pillows and mats are available on a first come, first serve basis.
→Facilitators: led by Butte College students who have studied meditation in the community and beyond
Yoga
→Mondays & Wednesdays (2:00-5:00pm)
→Drop in for any length of time during and receive guidance and instruction of posture and breathing exercises.

EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques
→Drop in consultations/Intro to EFT
Fridays (11:15-12:00pm)
→EFT Circle
Fridays (12:30-1:30pm)
→EFT is a self-healing technique. An amalgamation of Chinese Acupuncture (without needles), modern psychology and forgiveness.
→Used to heal stress, depression, anxiety, pain and more.
