The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Binghamton (UUCB) participates in a nationwide Unitarian Universalist program called Green Sanctuary. What this means is that we are continually looking for, and putting into practice, changes that result in our becoming ever more environmentally sustainable, both as individual households and as a religious community. In this way, we put into practice UU's seventh principle, " Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.”
