"樹齡：250年，高度：16公尺，胸徑：1.9公尺，胸圍：5.1公尺。
位於崙雅村沈厝，沈厝來台祖先沈郭月娘，來台時身懷六甲，隔年產下一子，慶幸沈家有後，遂種下二棵樹，一棵茄苳樹、一棵蓮霧樹，一為生男慶幸，二為當地界為憑。"
