Art on the River
Overview
The City of Dubuque's Art on the River is a public temporary art exhibit located along the RiverWalk in the Port of Dubuque. Each July the exhibit changes with 10 or 11 new artwork pieces installed for the coming year.
Stroll the picturesque walkway near the Mississippi and view the pieces of public art that will have you and your family talking, smiling and taking pictures. This art exhibit started in 2006 and draws several entries from different states and foreign countries.The current exhibit will be on display through June. The exhibit is free, can be viewed sunrise to sunset year-round, and is accessible.
