Overview
The Avenue in Llandaff is closed off to Cardiff Road by a low wall and a set of steps. In between is a dead space which is paved and doing nothing. It could be a really lovely space for local people - particularly residents of flats on Cardiff Road/The Avenue to make into a small garden for local people. There is no soil (unless you dig up the paviours) but it could work well with planters.
