Overview
Not just your basic recycling program, A.S. Recycling offers outreach education, service-learning programs, eco-info, and even gives away free school/office supplies (and you don't even have to be a Chico State student). Their annual events--like Diversion Excursion and Recycle Mania--are especially innovative, not only keeping thousands of tons of waste out of landfills, but supporting local social services like ARC and Food Not Bombs.
