개요

Currere is an organizational development consulting firm working with nonprofit, community, institutional and for profit entities to build healthy and sustainable community. We specialize in the development and growth of emerging and changing community and organizational systems. Using a process framework grounded in systems thinking, gestalt theory and appreciative inquiry, our work enhances the effectiveness and strength of community and organizational teams and networks and enables diverse groups to define common ground for action.

Our process of discovery planning and action learning enables communities and organizations to gain a broad
understanding of the perspectives, perceptions, experiences and expectations defining and shaping the planning and development environment of their region. This allows implementation to advance early and more effectively in a manner that is sustainable and truly engages the community.
