학명 : Vexillabium yakusimense (Yamam.) F. Maek. var. nakaianum (F. Maek.) T. B. Lee
(상세설명)
그늘진 숲 속에 자라는 상록성 여러해살이풀이다. 뿌리줄기는 옆으로 벋으며, 마디에서 뿌리가 난다. 줄기는 높이 4-13cm이다. 잎은 줄기 아래쪽에 작은 잎 2-4장이 어긋나게 달린다. 잎몸은 길이와 폭이 각각 0.3-0.7cm이다. 꽃은 흰색으로 7-8월에 피며 꽃줄기에 3-8개씩 이삭꽃차례로 달린다. 꽃줄기는 붉은빛을 조금 띠며, 겉에 털이 나고, 비늘 모양 잎이 2-3장 있다. 입술꽃잎은 끝이 넓어져서 네모 모양이고, 아래쪽에 주머니 모양의 거(距)가 있다. 열매는 삭과이다.
