Richmond UEA Mission:
"To create a self-sustaining process of physical revitalization and redevelopment in the Enterprise Zone by involving the participation of City government officials, Enterprise Zone businesses and Enterprise Zone residents."

The Urban Enterprise Association supports a variety of community projects such as: sidewalk improvements, connecting the Whitewater Gorge Trail to the Cardinal Greenway, funding bike racks downtown, and repurposing old buildings.

The vision of the Urban Enterprise Association includes supporting the enterprise zone as "a place to live work, and play," "should reinforce sense of connectedness and community," "should be pedestrian and bike friendly," and "should have green areas and open spaces."
