The Cycling and Fitness Warehouse is a source for bicycle repair, sales, rentals, bi-weekly rides, information on bicycle races, the Richmond Bike Map, access to the Cardinal Greenway, and a general bicycle information.

Bicycles promote individual ability to have a cost-effective and less environmentally-damaging means of transportation. The Cycling and Fitness Warehouse is a resource for those already commuting to work, school, etc., and for those who are looking to begin a more sustainable approach to traveling.

Has been instituting a bio-degradable degreaser, owners donate to local organizations, sponsor local events, advocate for the Cardinal Greenway, pushing for bike lanes, owners are heavily involved in the community.
