Located inside Shafer Dining Court, 810 Market Place is a certified Virginia Green Restaurant serving 30,000 meals a week. They offer vegan, gluten-free, antibiotic-free, and hormone- free food while sourcing their food from local farmers and purchasing organic when possible. They also harness the sun's natural light through over-sized windows to save on energy costs and promote recycling in dining facilities with a 70% diversion rate.
