Built in 1897 structure served as a tenement house. There is evidence of rust and decay on building exterior. Rustic finish on building exterior.Rustic finish on brick structure. Highly detailed mold work around windows. Ground floor features Thai restaurant ‘Graffiti’ which is owned and operated by The Next Iron Chef contender Chef Jehangir Mehta.
