Collegetown Bagels
Overview
CTB was created in 1976 and has grown into a workforce of nearly 250 employees. All of the CTB locations are independently owned and operated by a family characterized by a commitment to the local and global community, practicing sustainability in all areas of operation.
A favorite in New York’s Finger Lakes region, Collegetown Bagels’ three locations feature sandwiches, homemade entrées and salads, artisan breads and bagels, pastry, cheeses, organic locally-made food, coffee, and Sundaes. You can eat inside or outside too.
The disposable ware are recycled or composted, and the customers are encouraged to bring their own mug to reduce the waste stream. Information about the Finger Lakes Land Trust can be found there, and part of the price of the sandwich called "wild animal" goes to the Finger Lakes Land Trust to support conservation in the FInger Lakes.
