The CU Link
Overview
Alliant Credit Union, DTCU Credit Union and Health Services Credit Union formed a partnership call The CU Link. Through this partnership, they purchased land and constructed a facility on the corner of Associates Drive and the NW Arterial in Dubuque. This new construction included geothermal heating.
Each credit union occupies a separate suite in the building, offers drive-up teller lanes, safe deposit boxes, surcharge-free drive up depository ATM, and night deposit drop. This innovative shared ownership of property and building is making national news.
